Online/Distance Training

1-on-1 virtual training

Hourly = $40.00

Train just like you would in person — the only difference is distance is never an issue! Through your phone or computer, you’ll never lose the benefits of custom program design and proper technique.

Program Design

One month = $50.00

Includes a comprehensive program design based off of assessments and goals that you do on your own. Month will contain three to four workouts per week for those with experience in resistance exercise.


1-on-1 Training

Session Prices

Hourly (pay per session) = $75.00/hr
Hourly (10 or more session packages) = $65.00/hr

ONE-HOUR PACKAGES

3 Months = $2,340.00

  • Wedding Blast: For those needing top-notch training and nutrition counseling to look amazing on their big day.

  • Weekend Warrior: A program for those looking to get back in the game. Learn sound lifting technique to get stronger, shed pounds and move better.

  • Sports Performance: Athletes are in good hands — my 10 years of professional sport experience and research-backed methods will keep you injury resilient and ready to perform.

Small Group Classes

60 Minutes = $25/person
(minimum of 5 people per class)
